On May 31st, Brooklyn Botanical Garden hosted their Spring Gala. We had the privilege of working alongside them. Keeping with the theme of the Spring Gala which honored Viraj Puri(Gotham Greens), who is focused on locally grown affordable and nutritious produce in urban agriculture, our team layered Laurel with Elephant ear palms to create "trees" inside the tent. The centerpieces for each table included plants such as lettuces, mint, rosemary, celery and more to be planted by the guests. Here are some behind the scenes photos of our team's hard at work!
We're excited to have Yale Strom & Hot Pstromi perform at our studio in celebration of Labour Day! Yale and his band will be playing live folk music from eastern Europe and the Balkans. They infuse their sound with a heavy dose of improvisation and craziness!

Our very own Bella Meyer will be instructing the Master Class at Flower School of NY, April 19th at 5pm. Drawing inspiration from the ballet "Rite of Spring", Bella will be creating an arrangement. We look forward to this class and can't wait to see the designs by the students!
